Adding Weblinks & Images

To add a link or image to your details in the gig guide follow these basic instructions. & please note that adding an image or url will limit the space you have for information.

<a href="http://your_site_name_here">your_site_name_here</a>

Example:

<a href="http://www.electricbluesclub.co.uk">Electric Blues Club</a>
If you have done this correctly it will look like this Electric Blues Club

To add a logo or small image on the internet use the following code and replace the 'your_image_here' with the web address and image name:

<img src="http://your_image_address_here">your_image_appears_here  

If you have done this correctly it will look like this


If you really want to be flash you can use the logo or image as your clickable link back to your site by using this code:

<a href="http://your_site_name_here">
<img src="your_image_address_here"></a>

Banners Code & Instructions

The following banners, icons and codes may be used to link to our sites.   Please use the code provide as the site is continously under construction and pages may be moved.

If you know how to add links to your site you can continue without reading this section which is for the benefit of anyone who needs a bit of help!

To Link to our sites use the codes below adding the img src with the url or full web address of where you put the image.

i.e., img src="clipart/banner.gif" or img src="your_site_name/banner.gif".  Right click on the logo or banner you wish to use and 'Save as' to your hard drive.   Upload the image to your website. If done correctly the images should appear on the page where required as below.

Please cut & paste the following code, right click on the image and 'save as' or 'save picture' to your hard drive, upload to your site and add the code to your webpage changing the img src url or address of the banner if necessary.  A text only link code is provided if you prefer not to have an image on your page & Thanks for linking!   Why not add your link to our new Free Links page!
